Prior to founding PRC in 1990, Mr. Mirsky was President of Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He was also Executive Vice President for Capital Associates International and held management positions for Finalco Inc. and Memorex. He is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Binghamton University (NY) and holds a degree in Management Science.
Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mills was Vice President, Headquarters Marketing, for Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He has held marketing and management positions with Capital Associates International and Beverly Hills Savings. He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
Mr. Budnick is responsible for managing the sales force and actively helping service PRC's major account relationships. Previously he was an Account Executive with PRC and has held regional management positions in the food and beverage industry. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Eckes is responsible for finance and accounting and information systems. Previously, Mr. Eckes held financial executive positions with Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America and The Lloyd Andersen Companies, where he developed asset-backed securitization programs directed at public and private markets. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Professional Accountancy.
Mr. Umans is in charge of documentation and legal affairs. Prior to joining PRC, he was General Counsel and Secretary of Relational Technology Services, Inc. and Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of El Camino Resources, Ltd. Mr. Umans has a JD degree from Southwestern University Law School and a BA degree in Economics, with honors, from the University of Manitoba.
Mr. Zanella is responsible for managing the Lease Portfolio and Pricing. Before joining PRC, he was Director of Operations for a remanufacturing and distribution organization. He is a graduate of Chapman University with a degree in Business Management.
Mr. Saffarian is in charge of Operations, including business processes and systems automation. Before joining PRC, he held executive positions with Cisco Capital, Partners Equity Capital, De Lage Landen Financial Services, Bank of America Leasing, Citi Capital, and Capital Associates International. Mr. Saffarian has Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees from Pepperdine University, and he received his MBA from LaSalle University with 4.0 GPA.
