David C. Mirsky

David C. Mirsky

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to founding PRC in 1990, Mr. Mirsky was President of Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He was also Executive Vice President for Capital Associates International and held management positions for Finalco Inc. and Memorex. He is a graduate, summa cum laude, of Binghamton University (NY) and holds a degree in Management Science.
Marc C. Mills

Marc C. Mills

Co-Founder & President
Prior to founding PRC, Mr. Mills was Vice President, Headquarters Marketing, for Capital Associates Portfolio Company. He has held marketing and management positions with Capital Associates International and Beverly Hills Savings. He is a graduate of Harvard University and holds a degree in Finance from the London School of Economics.
Eric L. Eckes

Eric L. Eckes

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Eckes is responsible for finance and accounting and information systems. Previously, Mr. Eckes held financial executive positions with Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America and The Lloyd Andersen Companies, where he developed asset-backed securitization programs directed at public and private markets. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Professional Accountancy.
Thomas M. Budnick

Thomas M. Budnick

Vice President, Sales
Mr. Budnick is responsible for managing the sales force and actively helping service PRC’s major account relationships. Previously he was an Account Executive with PRC and has held regional management positions in the food and beverage industry. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Business Administration.
Doug Zanella

Doug Zanella

Vice President, Pricing
Mr. Zanella is responsible for managing the Lease Portfolio and Pricing. Before joining PRC, he was Director of Operations for a remanufacturing and distribution organization. He is a graduate of Chapman University with a degree in Business Management.
Steven Mirsky

Steven Mirsky

General Counsel & Vice President, Operations
Mr. Mirsky is responsible for managing Operations and Client Services, including software development, marketing, and administrative teams. Mr. Mirsky is an active member of the California State Bar where he received the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Services. Mr. Mirsky has a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and received degrees in History and Russian Language/Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
