Women Leaders in Leasing

PRC believes in leading by example in all areas of business. One way we do that is by creating an atmosphere where each employee, regardless of their gender, can thrive and grow. In too many organizations and businesses, women face the challenge of not having sufficient support from leadership, very few role models and mentors for future female leaders, and little opportunity to succeed. While this might be true for others, it is not the case here at Pacific Rim Capital.

Women comprise 55% of PRC’s workforce and we are fortunate enough to have the talented women pictured above in key leadership roles in our company.
